The PEARL programme disseminates its results

The doctoral theses of the 27 graduates of the PEARL programme are now available online at theses.fr.

PEARL (Programme for Early-stage Researchers in Lille), funded by the European Union as part of the Horizon 2020 programme, was implemented between 2019 and 2025 with the aim of offering high-quality doctoral projects to two cohorts young researchers. The objective was to enable them to conduct interdisciplinary work on innovative topics, with supervision provided by two thesis supervisors from different disciplines.

This doctoral programme was co-funded by Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions and the French National Research Agency. It is based on training in scientific and technical excellence, while fostering the careers of doctoral students through opportunities for cross-sector and international mobility. To meet funders' expectations in terms of open science, doctoral students were trained in practices for opening publications as well as good data management, and their Data Management Plans were proofread and corrected by a dedicated team within the University libraries.

Today, all the theses funded as part of this programme are available online at theses.fr, thanks to the work of the thesis departments at the university libraries of the University of Lille and the École Centrale de Lille.

An online dissemination that showcases and shares the results of the PEARL programme!
